• Play a key role in business development with high visibility within and outside the firm
• Contribute to the successful development of the firm and deliver high-quality commercial legal services

• 5+ years PQE with strong experience in employer advice and senior executive matters
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality fee-earning work and making a profitable contribution to the Employment Team
• Ability to demonstrate a keen understanding of business development and a strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ambitious mindset with a drive to excel and contribute to the firm's growth

• Qualified Solicitor with relevant Employment law experience
• Additional qualifications or accreditations in Employment law or related legal areas
• Membership in professional legal bodies demonstrating continuous professional development
