My client a Global Investment Manager is looking for a Compliance Monitoring Consultant for a 6 month contract. This role is an exciting oppurtunity to support the streamlining of their compliance monitoring plan, and is ideal for somone with a strong buy-side compliance background.

Roles and Resposibilties:

• Develop and oversee the compliance monitoring plan, helping to streamline compliance monitoring processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies and procedures
• Design, evaluate, and oversee compliance monitoring tasks, including regular and ad-hoc reviews
• Undertake investigations, assessments, and reviews as necessary to address compliance concerns

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance monitoring practices
• Knowledge of MIFID II, COnsumer Duty, SMCR and FCA requirements
• Experience within fund management, asset management or buy-side firm is desirable
• Available to start within a month
