We have an exciting opportunity with an exceptional furniture company who supply the highest quality, design-led contract furniture to the market.

Key Responsibilities - Key Account Customer Executive

Handling of key accounts to ensure smooth flowing contracts and continued customer satisfaction.
Handling of potential customers - dealing with product enquiries and aftersales.
Managing projects.
Raising quotes and orders.
Deal with all aftersales in the business quickly and efficiently - always keeping the customer experience at the forefront of anything you do.
Respond to all customer queries/questions quickly and efficiently and keep them fully informed as to any updates regarding projects etc.
Dealing with any customer requests in a friendly, efficient, and effective manner.
Obtaining and checking specifications for all projects.  Critical that no detail is missed.
Checking through all projects to ensure everything in hand and going to be ready on time.
Raising/checking/approving all sales orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
Ensure all relevant KPI reports are 100% accurate and up to date.
Assist with any other tasks required within the Customer Success Team.
To be flexible to divert to other tasks, roles and shift times according to the request of management.
Qualifications & Requirements - Key Account Customer Executive

Embrace the training and methodology provided.
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be prepared to follow the course set by management and not deviate unless agreement given.
Be fast, efficient and well organised.
Excellent IT skills.
Experience in project or order management.
High level of competency in time management.
Ability to manage tasks and deliver accurately with a keen eye for detail.
Confident in telephone conversations and dealing with issues quickly - ALWAYS PUTTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST.
