iO Associates seeks a Pre-Sales Network Architect with prior pre-sales and bid experience to work with our client in Basingstoke Area. They are a prominent global entity in the information and communications technology solutions and services sector. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Delivery Executives, Solution Owners, and customers, you'll create design documentation for diverse and complex changes and bids. Salary: Up to £85k per annum
This position would be mostly office based.

Security Clearance:

  • Candidates for this position should note that they will be expected to undergo extensive security clearance procedures as mandated. Applicants must be prepared and eligible to comply with these requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Delivery Executives and Solution Owners in crafting innovative network solutions.
  • Develop high-level designs exceeding customer expectations.
  • Generate estimates and contribute to reports for customers.
  • Collaborate with Lead Bid Architect to ensure designs meet internal standards.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable design experience in proposing and utilising technologies from a variety of industry leading technology vendors.
  • Previous experience working alongside the customer to derive requirements.
  • Experience in requirements management and associated tooling.
  • Previous experience working on bids and/or large and complex changes.
  • Solid understanding of a variety of network and routing protocols.
  • Experience with Network Management or SIEM designs, tooling or support.
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and approach to defect resolution.
  • SDWAN experience is advantageous.
