Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Salary: Up to £25,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, all year round

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Essential Qualifications: A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience in Early Years Care: Experience working in an early years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS: A strong understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for Child Development: A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth.
• Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work well within a team, with flexibility and adaptability to different tasks
