What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Essential Qualifications: A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience in Early Years Care: Experience working in an early years setting.
- Knowledge of EYFS: A strong understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
