Salary: 30k + 10k bonus + car scheme + benefits

YOLO Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor for our client's dealership prestige dealership in Leicestershire.

The successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will need to have service/aftersales experience in a main or franchised car dealership.

Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday - Friday 8.00 - 6.00, and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8.00 - 1.30.

Duties of Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :

* Greeting customers and scheduling services

* Dealing with customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians

* Liaising with customers about any additional work required

* Responding to customer requests

* Manage online bookings

* Manage courtesy cars

* Tracking the vehicle through the workshop

* Upselling additional works

* Sending service and mot reminder's
