What is the role?

As a Company Solicitor, you will be a key member of our Legal Team, reporting to the Group Solicitor. You will primarily focus on property matters, with a specific emphasis on affordable housing and land acquisition. Some of your responsibilities will include building relationships with our regional offices, undertaking property due diligence, advising on contracts and agreements, and providing general legal support.

What we need from you?

• Solicitor or fully qualified legal executive
• Experience in property due diligence, conditional contracts, and option agreements
• Knowledge of affordable housing sales, section 106 agreements, and site assembly
• Previous experience in the house building industry is advantageous
• Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities
