They are looking for a well-rounded Sales Administrator to join their head office operation in Leamington Spa.Despite the job title this is not a "sales" position, this is a senior administrative role.The duties and responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include (but are not limited to):

• Ownership of the bids and tender process, pulling together members of the SLT to co-ordinate different elements and construct the relevant documents.
• Management of the relevant portals and sales pipelines.
• Managing relationships with prospective and existing external stakeholders.
• First point of call for client queries, passing them on the relevant member of SLT where needed.
• Carry out a wide range of administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment in which you have been responsible for the co-ordination of projects, documents, and proposals.
• Experience in a senior administrative position.
• Exemplary professional writing skills, with evidence of this in previous roles.
• Strong IT skills to navigate bespoke portals and spreadsheets.
• Polished corporate communication skills and the willingness to take on an array of tasks on a pro-active or ad-hoc basis.
