Care Training and Quality Lead
Salary: Up to £30,000
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Care Training and Quality Lead to drive excellence in care delivery through effective training, education, and quality assurance initiatives. In this role, you will support the ongoing development of clinical staff and ensure high standards across all areas of care provision.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- UK Driving License
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively assess training needs and develop comprehensive programs
- Solid organisational and project management abilities
- Experience in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Deliver and support staff training through various methods.
- Conduct competency assessments and mentor staff to promote professional development.
- Help set up and maintain in-house systems for training, mentorship, and compliance.
- Collaborate with managers, staff, and external agencies to support high-quality care delivery.
- Attend governance meetings and provide input on training and quality improvement.
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and Health & Safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to support training and development goals.
