Your New Role
In this role, the Junior HR Coordinator will provide essential support in various human resources functions. This includes assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. The Junior HR Coordinator will also manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and that new hires are smoothly integrated into the company. Additionally, they will help maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. The role involves responding to employee queries, supporting engagement activities, and coordinating training sessions. The Junior HR Coordinator will also assist with preparing HR reports and metrics, offering general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
To Ensure Your Success
The ideal candidate for the Junior HR Coordinator position will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, although relevant administrative experience will also be considered. With 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience, they should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with employees and candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required, and experience with HRIS software is a plus.
