• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Oversee performance reporting, FP&A, and decision-making insights.
• Support General Managers.
• Provide contractual support and optimize financial performance.

Profile

A successful Lead Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
• Professional certification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA).
• Proven experience in a finance business partner role within the property industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
