About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are looking for a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful independent prep school in Redbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work 1:1 with a delightful young student in a reception class, helping them thrive academically and socially. This is a temporary role, with the potential to become permanent at the end of the school year.

As our SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a reception-aged child, providing dedicated support to help them stay focused and engaged throughout the school day. Your role will include:

• Offering 1:1 assistance during lessons and activities.

• Being present during lunch and break times to provide support.

• Communicating regularly with supportive parents to provide feedback on progress.
