- Lead Projects: Manage mechanical/sprinkler installation contracts from initial enquiry to final accounts.
- Financial Control: Oversee project finances, ensuring efficient and profitable delivery.
- On-Site Management: Attend client meetings, ensure health and safety, and provide progress updates.
- Collaborate: Work with suppliers, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Problem-Solve: Identify potential issues early and seek commercial advice when needed.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, manuals, and handover documents.
