We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Manager to oversee a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service, compliance, and smooth operations. This role is office-based in Croydon two days per week and also allowing you to work from home with the rest spent managing field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support commercial gas engineers.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety policies.
* Provide technical guidance and oversee quality control.
* Liaise with clients and internal teams.
* Handle scheduling, performance monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements:
* Experience in commercial gas management or supervision.
* Relevant commercial gas qualifications (CODNCO1, COCN1, etc.).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* IT proficiency for scheduling and reporting.
* UK driving licence.
