Our client is a contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to project lead a 150 unit scheme in Walthamstow, East London.

The project consists of 150 residential units with commercial and retail space. Project value £50m.

The position will report into the Construction Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading mixed use residential developments in excess of £50m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £100k - £110k + full package & bonus
