Corporate Solicitor – Somerset 

This long-established and friendly Somerset-based firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join one of its Somerset offices. 

For its size, this firm already has some excellent clients, with transactions ranging from £2k to £11 million.

In this role you will enjoy a broad variety of work across a range of client including hotels, nursing homes, shops, caravan parks, pubs etc.

Typical matters:   

• M&A 
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a varied range of agreements and Terms and Conditions
• Sales and purchases (both share and assets)
• Commercial contracts
• Franchises
• Joint ventures
• Company refinancing

This may well suit a Solicitor working within a larger firm in Bristol, but living in Somerset and looking to reduce your commute. You will still receive an excellent salary and good quality work along with feeling like a valued employee, rather than billing machine!
