4 month contract
£15-16ph paid weekly

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:

Taking incoming calls from tenants and customers
Responding to a high volume of tenant enquiries, ensuring complaints are dealt with promptly
Updating and using systems such as Civica and NetCall
To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you need:

Strong communication skills with customers, ensuring good customer service at all times
Experience within a similar role
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
