As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within our Commercial Team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the careers of professionals and contributing to the success of businesses within various industries such as, finance, marketing, sales, administration, and more. What would KPI Recruiting like to see in you?

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the professional services sector/ business support
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Understanding of the recruitment life cycle
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
An aptitude for sales and business development
You will be able to objection handle
Negotiate rates and terms of business
