We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the day-to-day warehouse operations and requires someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.

• Salary: £31,500 + shift pay
• Shifts:
  • Early shift: 06:00am - 14:30pm
  • Late shift: 10:30am - 19:00pm
• Requirements:
  • Full 5-year clean work history and a clear DBS check
  • Valid counterbalance forklift licence (refreshed within the last 2 years)
  • Reach truck licence (desirable but not essential)
  • X-ray operator experience (desirable but not essential)

• Oversee and lead a team of warehouse staff
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching
• Maintain health and safety standards across the warehouse
• Operate and manage forklift equipment (counterbalance and reach trucks)
• Track and report on warehouse performance, ensuring KPIs are met
