HGV Technician
Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team, maintaining and repairing refuse collection vehicles to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair faults on chassis and mounted equipment.

Conduct repairs and servicing to a high standard, ensuring compliance with VOSA regulations.

*

Prepare vehicles for MOT inspection and perform quality checks.

*

Ensure all repairs align with Department of Transport specifications where applicable.

*

Perform body and chassis repairs as necessary.

*

Complete work efficiently and to company standards, identifying and addressing any additional work needed.

*

Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and input data into the DE computer systems.

*

Conduct road tests when required (if you hold an HGV licence).

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an HGV Technician or in a similar role.

*

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

*

Knowledge of VOSA standards and MOT preparation procedures.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

*

HGV licence (preferred but not essential)
