Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact? We’re working with an Ofsted Outstanding school in London to find a dedicated professional to join their team. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity (3 days per week, in-office) to take on a pivotal role in supporting the school’s financial and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage financial systems and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and provide termly financial reports to senior leadership.
- Produce and submit financial reports and returns to the Local Education Authority.
- Liaise with payroll providers to ensure accurate staff payments and manage travel and overtime claims.
- Maintain and update databases for pupils and staff, assisting with premises management.
- Manage audits, investment returns, petty cash, and other accounting procedures.
- Provide financial updates at governing body meetings.
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in financial management and administrative efficiency. Experience in an education setting is a plus, but not essential. What’s more important is your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a busy school environment.
