We are currently representing an established M&E contractor that specialises in residential and commercial projects. Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Project Manager to oversee a key project based in London. The ideal candidate will have a stable career history and a strong background in residential electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee electrical installations on residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

* Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating with teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

* Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to address issues and provide progress updates.

* Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track.

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on residential electrical projects.

* A stable CV with long-term roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

* Strong understanding of electrical installations and relevant regulations.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, 18th Edition, SMSTS/SSSTS).

Desirable:

* Experience with high-end residential electrical projects.

* Knowledge of project management software is a plus
