Head of Automation & Insights

Salary: Up to £140k base salary with a bonus of up to 50%

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Head of Automation & Insights. This senior position entails being the visionary leader in automation and insights within the finance realm. The role involves overseeing projects that bridge core systems and in-house developments, with a focus on accelerating operational efficiency and reducing costs.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in actuarial systems, team management, and a strong technical background in Python, Microsoft Cloud, C Sharp, and R Shiny. An actuarial or actuarial reporting background is preferred due to the complex nature of the projects involved. While detailed coding is not the primary focus, a solid understanding of coding principles is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset to drive projects to success.
