Coffee Field Service Engineer

Location: Field-based across Kent

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, daytime only | Weekend cover on a rota (1-in-4)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus + Overtime

About the Role

Join us as a Coffee Field Service Engineer and become the face of our growing business, delivering outstanding service to customers across Kent. You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial coffee machines at customer sites. No two days will be the same - expect a mix of planned maintenance and responsive breakdown calls.

After receiving full training, you'll enjoy a good level of autonomy with the full support of our experienced Technical Team just a phone call away. We believe in giving you realistic daily workloads, so you can focus on safety, quality service, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
Experience in a customer-facing technical role
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams/manuals
Great problem-solving skills and a methodical approach
A full UK driving licence

Preferred (but not essential):

* City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical

* Previous field service experience

* Proven track record of achieving KPIs

* Excellent communication and timekeeping skills
