Job Description
We're looking for a caring and proactive EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. In this role, you'll play a hands-on part in delivering engaging early years education, supporting pupils through play, structured learning, and routine development in a positive and inclusive classroom.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the teacher in planning and delivering EYFS curriculum activities

*

Provide one-to-one and small group support for children in their early learning

*

Help establish routines and develop communication, literacy, and social skills

*

Support classroom organisation and contribute to creating a fun and stimulating environment

*

Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to the teaching team

Required Experience

*

A solid understanding of the EYFS framework

*

Previous classroom experience in an early years setting

*

A nurturing, patient, and energetic approach

*

Ability to communicate effectively with young children, staff, and parents
