School Administrative Assistant - Primary School

HOURS: 8-4 Monday to Friday

CONTRACT: Temporary

My client is a large multi-cultural primary school

The school is looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and flexible office administrative assistant to join their fantastic and committed team.

Are you someone who:

is able to foster excellent relationships with children, parents and staff
committed to working as part of a team
has an ability to work on their own initiative
is able to multi-task in a busy office environment
is experienced in using SIMS or other school information systems.
is competent in using Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
is willing to undertake training
has excellent communication skills
has experience of working in a school office environment
