Laing O'Rourke are currently recruiting for a Change Management Lead to join the Ellison Institute of Technology, in Oxford.

This is a role sitting within the Senior Leadership team, an integral part of the projects' success.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Management of change both internally and externally raised.
  • Management of the Change Management Software
  • Key reviewer of change raised
  • Allocation of roles within the LOR team and supply chain to compile/assess the change
  • Compilation of the change response - Technical, Programme and Commercial
  • Weekly review of the status of change with the LOR project exec
  • Weekly review of the status of change with the client Project Managers and Cost Consultants
  • Change management communication with the project exec and the client Project Managers and Cost Consultants
  • Agreement of change with the client Project Managers and Cost Consultants

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in relevant discipline (Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management / Civil Engineering / Construction Management)
  • Extensive experience managing Change process
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Client facing
