Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is perfect for a finance professional looking to make a significant impact by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to support business operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, investigating variances, and collaborating with budget holders to identify and implement corrective actions.
• Produce the monthly reporting pack across multiple divisions.
• Provide accurate guidance and support to team members.
• Analyse financial trends and budget deviations, offering recommendations and ensuring implementation.
• Deliver high-quality management information on a timely and consistent basis.
• Ensure compliance with all audit controls, working with internal and external audit teams to provide evidence as required.
• Own and maintain balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Assist in preparing and delivering the annual operating plan within set deadlines.
• Support various ad hoc requests requiring evaluative judgment based on data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educated to a minimum of MAAT or QBE level.
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.

Essential Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset to navigate complexity and offer actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and manage a diverse workload.
