CCTV Engineer

Our client, a leading security solutions provider based in Bedford, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Engineer to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, Service, and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of CCTV security products to ensure optimal performance.

* Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to our customers, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our security solutions.

* Technical Expertise: Utilise in-depth technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of system functionality and reliability.

* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery and system performance.

The successful candidate will have:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCTV installation, service, and maintenance.

* Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of CCTV systems and security solutions. Hik vision experience is essential.

* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both team members and customers.

* Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.

* Must be able to work at low to medium level heights.

* Occasional working away.

* Full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.

* Must be able to pass a DBS check.
