The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As our Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure that detail across our guest rooms and public areas meets the highest standards, creating an environment that is both welcoming and exceptional. You will lead a team that focus on precision, organisation, and seamless operations while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

• Motivate, support, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team that delivers consistently elevated results.
• Ensure every room, corridor, and guest space meets Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood brand expectations.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance to keep operations running seamlessly.
• Handle special requests, pre-arrival preparations, and guest feedback with professionalism and care.
• Monitor schedules, plan staffing, and maintain thorough records to keep the department running smoothly.
