Job Title: Production Operative

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (Includes a 1-hour break)

About Us:
STEM Recruitment Solutions is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and proactive Production Operative to join our client's team in the manufacturing of premium hygiene products. This role is key to ensuring that high-quality goods are produced efficiently and on time, working under the guidance of the Production Manager.

Your Role:
As a Production Operative, you will:

* Operate and oversee machinery involved in the manufacturing process.

* Conduct thorough quality checks at every stage of production.

* Maintain and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

* Follow strict health and safety regulations, as well as ISO and BRC standards.

What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

* A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.

* Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not essential).

* A collaborative mindset and dedication to upholding safety and operational standards.
