Senior HR Manager - SaaS Scale-up
Highly successful Land and Property software company, based in London, are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join their growing start-up to scale-up business.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to set up and improve OKR's, implement performance management and review cycles, and help scale the business around HR processes.
As the business is in a great scale-up phase, you will lead the development and learning programs for growing teams, coaching for leaders, and support the wider recruitment and onboarding procedures.
The Requirements:
- Experience as a HR Manager at senior level.
- Prior SaaS or Tech industry. background.
- Background in supporting Start-up/Scale-up businesses.
- Proven experience building and implementing HR processes.
- Strong knowledge in HRIS systems.
- Experience setting up and managing HR performance management cycles.
- Full UK Right to Work - No sponsorship options available.
The Overview:
- Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Flexible hybrid position - 1 to 2 days onsite
- Central London office
