Service Administrator required for a Commercial Dealer in Dunstable, Bedfordshire
Salary £29250 per annum + Bonus
Working hours Mon - Fri 8am - 5.50pm with 30 minute unpaid break (45 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our client's commercial dealership.
Duties include
Invoicing completed works to customer accounts or direct cash retail.
Ensuring POs are in place where required.
Generating estimates and gaining authorities via online portals or direct to customer.
Raising POs for external suppliers.
Taken payments direct from point of sale.
Experience preferred.
Face to face and phone based customer service.
Commercial vehicle industry preferred.
Experience of Kerrage/Keyloop.
PC and spread sheet literate.
