We are currently working closely with a London based Main Contractor, who are actively recruiting a Senior/ Estimator to work out of their office in Woodford Green. The company in question was responsible for circa £230m turnover this year and are expanding with great success in the Social Housing sectors, with projects in refurbishments and regeneration at an all time high.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing all Tenders/Bids and will attend client interviews.

* Have a solid understanding of social housing, regeneration projects and local authorities. This position offers a very good opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the Company.

* To check design submissions from consulting engineers & contractors

* To check specifications tender and working drawings etc. on projects and give advice to delivery teams

Requirements:

* Must be qualified to at least HND level.

* A comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations.

* Professional qualifications and/or institute membership desirable.

* Must reside within a reasonable travelling distance from head office.

* Clear committment to permanent employment, the company will not look at Contract or Freelance candidates
