Position: Building Services Estimator

Location: Bristol or South Wales (hybrid position)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £45,000 to £58,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Estimator to join a busy team within an established building services company.

This position will be dealing with Estimating and Sales for M&E Service and Maintenance contracts mainly through out the South West and Wales. The right person for this position will already have experience estimating for commercial service and maintenance contracts (M&E). They need to be passionate in dealing with the sales process in relation to this and have very strong IT skills.

This is a remote based position, but will be required to attend sites and attend head office meetings

It would be an advantage if this person had a commercial maintenance technical background, but it is not essential

We do require this estimator to hold a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Experienced in Commercial Building Services Estimating
• Full UK driving licence
• Must have experience in estimating service contracts
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Experience in attending site surveys
• Strong sales background
• Able to produce accurate documentation
• Happy to work Hybrid but attend head office meetings when needed
