I am recruiting a deputy manager to join a children's home that specialises in supporting and caring for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.

Contract Details:

• up to £45,000 DEO
• Full-time, permanent contract

Job Details:

• Children's Home Deputy Manager
• Joining the management team within an OFSTED-regulated home
• Support up to 4 young people
• Deputise as the manager in their absence
• Support with the management and recruitment of the staff team
• Support with budget control
• Manage and update care plans
• Ensure the home meets OFSTED and company standards
• Ensure each young person has access to bespoke, effective support
• Woodbridge, Suffolk based

Requirement Details:

• NVQ Level 3/4 in children and young people
• Deputy / Team Leader experience
• Driving licence
