Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team.

• Assist with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Position Details:

• Locations: Oxford, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Gloucester, Cheltenham
• Work Pattern: Various shifts available every day
• Rates:
  • Weekday Rate: £14.80 per hour
  • Night/Saturday Rate: £19.80 per hour
  • Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £24.80 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a HCA in mental health settings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-stress environment
