Part-Time Teacher (Year 1/2) - Infant School, Chesterfield

About the Role:

Position: Part-Time Teacher (Year 1/2)
Days: 3 days per week (job share with an established staff member)
Contract: Fixed-term until at least December 2025, with potential to continue
Location: Chesterfield
Start Date: As soon as possible

What You'll Do:

Teach a mixed Year 1/2 class, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.
Take full teacher responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and progress monitoring.
Work collaboratively with your job share partner to ensure consistency for pupils.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1.
A strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Ability to plan engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
A positive and nurturing approach to supporting young children.
