Management Accountant- Central London - Up to £55,000 p.a. + Ben

Are you either an ambitious Management Accountant looking to 'take the next step’ and keen to work with a highly reputable business on their continued growth journey?

Do you have strong business partnering skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders?

You will work directly with a highly experienced and engaging Finance Director, taking responsibility for the preparation of management accounts and providing insightful commentary and analysis. You will keep a tight handle on cash flow and forecasting, reporting, MI and revenue recognition.

As with any fast growth business, there comes the challenge of processes, procedures and systems being kept up to speed, so there will be a need to "roll your sleeves up" with transactional requirements and to have a continual focus on improving processes and increasing efficiencies.

With a superb reputation and an engaging and supportive team, this is a phenomenal opportunity for either an individual stepping into a 'bigger’ role, or an experienced candidate who can bring existing, relevant experience and knowledge into the business.

Requirements

  • An engaging personality with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Qualified in CIMA or ACCA
  • Experience working within a small or medium sized business
  • Strong I.T. and systems skills with the ability to manipulate and present data effectively
  • Effective process and systems improvement skills
