Proud to be working with a global brand in Derby in their search for an ERP Implementation Manager who has delivered multi-site/Multi-country ERP roll-outs before. Paying up to £75,000 + benefits on a 12 month FTC. You will be needed 2 days a week on site in Derby.

Implementing a global ERP project across all its businesses and geographies. Solution being deployed is Infor Cloud Suite. Implementation is starting from February 2025 and project plan has a 12 month implementation period. Project covers all countries/entities (sites across UK, and globally). Domains covered are Operations (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain), Finance, and Human Resources.

- Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on ERP implementation projects in different industries.
o Experience managing large-scale, multi-country ERP implementations in a complex, global environment.
o Strong understanding of the unique challenges of ERP in different industries, including compliance, quality management, traceability, and regulatory requirements.
- Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of ERP project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
o Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and across regions.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
