We are now looking for a Head Chef to lead this award-winning kitchen, based in store in Knightsbridge.
About the Role
As the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for the day to day operations of your brigade to ensure the highest quality of product is being produced. By working closely with our Food Buying and Retail Managers, you'll take the lead with the creative culinary vision of the Production Kitchen to develop new and exciting products for our Food Halls and Food to Order service.

About You

This role is central to our new product development, so you should bring a passion for crafting innovative recipes and retail-ready products, working cross functionally with our other teams to ensure each product can be scaled efficiently for manufacturing.
Your expertise will help drive the culinary vision, balancing creativity with practicality to deliver exceptional quality at scale
Additionally, you'll have great time-management skills, experienced working with large kitchen teams and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You'll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with other business areas in your day to day. You will also display great attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels. Having good PC literacy is a must (Word, Excel and preferably SAP).
