Mobile Maintenance Plumber
My client is a leading facilities provider, due to an expansion of a contract they are seeking a maintenance plumber to join an established team. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in plumbing and a proven track record in commercial/domestic maintenance and ability to pass a security check.
Even though this job is mobile you will be only working on one site, but you can you use the van to go from and to work
Sector: Defence
Duties will include ppm and reactive maintenance including, pipework copper and pvc, removing dead legs, taps, sinks, pans, macerators, leeks and drainage issues as well as ppm's and checks on water heaters and basic mechanical
Hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary is 34K, plus overtime, company benefits and more
