Production Operative

Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Salary: From £11.57 -£12.60
Hours: Full Time | Weekly rotation shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00am - 14:00pm / Monday to Friday 14:00pm - 22:00pm

Our client is looking for a Production Operative to join their team!

You will operate a variety of machinery producing units of packed products whilst ensuring Health and Safety standards adhered to.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative

* Operate a variety of machinery producing units of packed products.

* Pack finished products on the end of the line ready to send through to distribution.

* Ensure a high standard of quality is maintained throughout the production process.

* Maintain excellent hygiene standards in line with Company procedure.

* To communicate any issues as they arise.

* Follow all company procedures and adhere to Health and Safety standards.

* Training, coaching, and mentoring of any other team members.

Key Skills of a Production Operative

* Previous experience in a production role.

* Ability to work in a flexible and organised manner.

* Committed and motivated.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to maintain good working relationships.

* Knowledge of Health and Safety.
