We’re now looking for a Performance Analyst- someone to deliver high-quality, efficient, and professional performance & assurance reporting which supports GCH to retain a G1 rating.

Reporting to our Performance & Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for the performance management of Performance Indicators, ensuring that they are effectively managed, reported on and maintained, as well as analysing data and driving change where appropriate. You will also be responsible for the performance management of tenant satisfaction measures and relevant statutory returns, liaising with business leads on performance reporting.

Whilst overseeing the timely and appropriate communication of the Governance team’s work, you will understand and track assurances across the organisation, drawing together key information for reporting to senior management, Audit and Risk Committee and Board, and write and present reports for Board, Committee, and internal leadership boards as appropriate.

We’d like you to…

  • Have experience of report writing and presenting to Executive Leadership Teams and Governing Bodies.
  • Have experience of analysing and presenting data.
  • Have knowledge of managing data/performance management.
  • Be a self-starter, able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Have experience of effective stakeholder management across all levels of an organisation.
  • Have knowledge of Social Housing Regulation and compliance, or a similar regulated environment.
  • Be highly numerate and comfortable analysing information.
