Key Responsibilities

·Manage estimating workload with 8-10 live tenders at any time

·Attend site surveys, including early starts for hospital projects across the South Coast

·Engage with clients to strengthen relationships and improve bid success

·Analyse tenders to find technical and cost advantages

What They're Looking For

·Strong estimating experience within mechanical services

·Comfortable working in a quieter office environment

·Experience with pre-designed and design-and-build tenders

·Proficient in Ensign estimating software (or similar)
