A great opportunity for a person who has experience with compliance in construction and property maintenance. Has knowledge of ISO management and is familiar with the industry accreditations. Knowledge or recruitment is beneficial as well but not necessary.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator

  • Liaise with nominated accredited bodies to arrange external audits and maintain accreditation and later upgrade these when necessary
  • Liaise as necessary with other organisations and relevant authorities for assistance and cooperation concerning audits and remedial actions.
  • Maintain the Recruitment process and arrange interviews for candidates for the company.
  • To be proactive in screening and engaging candidates for interviews
  • Maintaining and verifying sub-contractor records, immigration check, HMRC - UTR, CIS, and PL insurance.
  • Update documents for the industry accreditations FMB, CHAS, Constructionline, Niceic, Gas Safe, Environment Agency, Competent Roofer, and Safe Contractor as necessary annually
  • Maintain the filing system for company documentation and records appropriately company contracts, insurance and HR documents.
  • Have an IOSH working safely certificate or working towards IOSH with an understanding of H&S in building and construction sector.
  • Able to learn and understand site safety regulations and to fill out Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Managing customer complaints, customer service reports, feedback, and surveys.
  • Maintaining replenishment and issuing of PPE stocks, Oversee the ordering of staff uniforms and workwear.
  • Maintain required in-date stock of Pantry and office supplies
  • Scheduling and booking H&S Training working together with Site supervisors
  • Understanding warranties, registering, and getting warranty certificates.
  • Application of Council Permits and other legal applications where necessary
  • Managing Holiday data sheet for staff and engineering holiday schedules.
