JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Night Extrusion Operators on behalf of our Redditch based client. Successful candidates must be physically fit and have experience working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating extrusion machinery

- Monitoring product quality and ensuring all quality checks and testing are carried out in line with specifications.

- Monitoring and managing line output rates.

- Working safely in accordance with site procedures.

- Ensuring accurate data is recorded and inputted correctly.

- Monitoring product quality.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday, 18:30-06:30 (12 hour shifts).

Pay rate:

£13.50 per hour, plus £72.00 per week shift allowance

Also, bonus scheme.

This is a 'Temp to Perm' position, with the opportunity to earn a permanent contract after 13 weeks.
