Your new company

* A leading Facilities Management & Technical Services provider

Your new role

* Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, working directly for a leading facilities management provider, across a commercial office building in Bristol.

* Liasing with the client regularly, supporting contractors on-site, building checks / site walks, and ensuring any maintenance issues are escalated.

* Building walk arounds and checks, identify and fault find any potential maintenance issues, liaise with the engineers, supporting with meeting room set-ups, checking in with suppliers (security, cleaning, pest control).

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need to have experience within Facilities Management, in a workplace coordinator / facilities assistant role or similiar.
