Remote D365 CRM Support Consultant £35k

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established Microsoft Partner who are seeking a Support Consultant to join and support with their ongoing and newly onboarded projects.

Responsibilities

• You will provide technical expertise in addressing system and software issues raised by their clients
• Managing the diagnosis and resolution of issues within specified service level agreements.
• Your responsibilities will include efficiently and politely answering support calls
• Logging pertinent information, resolving calls within your scope of training, or escalating them as necessary.
• Essential qualifications include proven experience with Dynamics CRM/D365 in a Support or Technical capacity.

Experience

• 2+ years Dynamics CE CRM support experience (essential).
• Power Platform experience (good to have).
• 1st and 2nd line experience.
• Customisation & Configuration (reverse engineering/understanding of how it works).
• Marketing module experience (good to have as no expertise on the team).
• Ideally partner experience but will consider end user.
• Must have strong data projects experience with D365 CE CRM.
• Ability to translate technical language to non-technical audience.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £35,000 and includes benefits such as:

• 23 days' holiday (rising to 28 with service).

Location

This company has an office based in Manchester, but the position is fully remote.
