O&M Coordinator - Solar Energy
Up to £35,000 + comprehensive benefits package
Exeter - hybrid working between home and office and very occasional site visit

About the role:
Astute's Renewables Team is proudly partnering with a key business and influential player in the UK Solar market. They're a dynamic, forward-thinking and proactive business who're at the forefront of the energy transition and we're looking to recruit an O&M Coordinator, based from their Exeter office.

This O&M Coordinator role comes with a salary of up to £35,000 and a highly competitive package too.

Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the O&M Manager you will:

Ultimately ensure that the company's maintenance and service contracts are being adhered to and that they're being delivered on time and to quality standards too
Assisting with maintenance schedules and ensuring the teams are where they need to be, when they need to be there
Detailed admin duties across the team, assisting different divisions where required
Maintain contact with the field teams to ensure they have all they need and to prioritise any issues which may arise
Ensure that all compliance is where it needs to be with the service provided to the company's clients
Look at continuous improvements of the service and maintenance teams to increase yield of the client's assets
Maintain a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other quality tools as necessary
Book accommodation for the Field Technicians when required
Support with any warranty claims which may arise
Other duties as required and full job spec available on request
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:

Experience in a Coordinator or Administrator role is key
Experience coordinating maintenance teams is hugely preferred
Must be competent with computers and the Microsoft Suite
UK driving licence is key for the occasional site visit
Personal skills:
The O&M Coordinator role would suit someone who is:
